You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please follow the return process outlined below and then place a new order for the item you want.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

• Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at hello@oinoverse.gr to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
• Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Please include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
• Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Items marked as final sale.
• Personalized or customized items.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed and will replace the item if necessary.
